About The Position

Dolphin Transportation Specialist, a proud member of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, is seeking experienced CDL drivers with a Passenger endorsement for Part-Time and Full-Time positions in the Naples/Ft. Myers area of Southwest Florida. Dolphin operates a large fleet of luxury vehicles and is the preferred transportation provider for luxury resorts, colleges, universities, hotels, and cruise ports in Florida. This is a 24/7 operation, and drivers will be responsible for operating Shuttle, Mini-Buses, or Motor Coaches. We are looking for courteous, friendly team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellent customer service.

Requirements

• CDL, class "A" or "B" with no Airbrakes restrictions.
• Passenger (P) endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Passenger endorsement.
• DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
• Must be 25 years of age or older (as per Insurance carrier).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to adjust to work schedule and business needs.
• Able to lift luggage.
• Adaptive and flexible, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to interpret and follow maps / dispatch instructions.
• Fluent English.
• Smart phone with Bluetooth capability.
• Bluetooth earpiece.
• Car phone holder.
• Black Suit, black shoes, white button-down shirt.

Nice To Haves

• Verifiable Motor Coach experience preferred.
