About The Position

Driving success, one delivery at a time! This role involves safely operating various powered vehicles to move chassis between locations, delivering and picking up customer vehicles efficiently, and accurately documenting product and material movements. The position also includes assisting with loading and unloading vendor trucks, adhering to all company safety regulations, supporting training for new team members, and accurately weighing completed units to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

Maintain a Clean & Safe Workplace: Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Valid Driver's License: Hold a current Class B license with endorsements and maintain an excellent driving record.
Flexible Availability: Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as production demands.
Shift Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts when required.
Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in group settings.
Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in and support Poindexter Production System (PPS), 5S, Lean, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Safely operate various powered vehicles on and off-road to move chassis between locations.
Deliver and pick up customer vehicles efficiently.
Document product and material movements accurately.
Assist with loading and unloading vendor trucks as needed.
Follow all company safety regulations and support training and awareness of safety practices for new team members.
Accurately weigh completed units to ensure compliance with standards.
