About The Position

As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you’ll be more than just someone behind the wheel — you'll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action. This role involves operating an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The position emphasizes safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service, with a safety-first culture and meticulously maintained trucks. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
  • Strong safety mindset.
  • Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
  • Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No DUI/DWI convictions, no speeding over 100 mph, no other major safety violations.
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
  • Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of CDL - regulated driving experience.
  • Bilingual.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
  • Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
  • Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
  • Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
  • Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
  • Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
