About The Position

At Restaurant Technologies, the CDL - Certified Delivery Service Driver operates an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Minimal to No MVR moving violations and PSP report violations (Past 36 Months)
  • No DUI / DWI convictions (Past 5 Years)
  • No speeding over 100 mph (Past 5 Years)
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
  • Bilingual
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes
  • Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens
  • Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service
  • Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
  • Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
  • Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
  • Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards
