About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL B Truck Driver for local routes. This role is crucial to our service promise, acting as a trusted partner and a vital part of our operations. You will be responsible for delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.
• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Minimal to No MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No DUI / DWI convictions.
• No speeding over 100 mph.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
• Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
