About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL B Truck Driver to join their team. This role involves operating an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and accurate deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all safety standards. The company emphasizes a safety-first culture and offers meticulously maintained trucks. This position offers local routes with one overnight/hotel stay per week and no freight to move.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.
• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Minimal to No MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No DUI / DWI convictions.
• No speeding over 100 mph.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
• Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
