About The Position

CDL B Vac Truck Operator Ziegler Industries | Travel Required | 24/7 Availability. $23.00 - $28.00/DOE + Growth Opportunities. At Ziegler Industries, we’re looking for skilled and safety-focused Operators to run industrial vacuum trucks, high-pressure water blasters, and other heavy-duty cleaning equipment. Requirements

21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
Ability to perform hands on, active work - that involves lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, and working in demanding environments.
Mechanical aptitude – ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
Willing to travel and work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
On-call 24/7 availability – industrial cleaning doesn’t wait.
Ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures.
Pass medical screenings & drug tests (pre-employment, random, and annual).
Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).

Responsibilities

Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks & hydroblasting machines for hazardous and non-hazardous cleanups.
Perform daily check-ups, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns.
Identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot on-site to keep jobs moving.
Follow all health & safety protocols while working around heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
Travel to various industrial job sites and be ready for on-call 24/7 shifts.
Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and high elevations (up to 250 feet).
Decontaminate equipment after each job to meet safety and company standards.
