About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced CDL B Local Route Driver for its Operations team. The driver safely operates a commercial vehicle and manages a dedicated local route, providing customer service while maintaining accurate transport records. The role involves independently loading, transporting, and unloading materials and following Department of Transportation and Iron Mountain security standards. The position is based at 950 Apollo Rd, Eagan, Minnesota 55121. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM until route completion. Pay is listed as $26.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a reasonably expected salary range of $51,400–$64,200.

Requirements

Valid CDL Driver’s License and a good driving record.
Be at least 21 years old.
Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and carry or move heavy bins.
Safe and efficient driving skills.

Nice To Haves

Two to five years of experience in route transportation or a similar field.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently for scheduled pickups and deliveries, following DOT and Iron Mountain security standards.
Manage route logistics, including securely loading, transporting, and unloading materials without assistance.
Prepare required paperwork and records accurately.
Coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide strong customer service and communicate verbally with customers as a representative of Iron Mountain.
