About The Position
The CDL B Hazmat Driver delivers bulk liquid CO2, high-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established local route. Drivers serve restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues, safely loading, transporting, and unloading CO2 and equipment. The role uses a handheld device for routing, delivery information, and depot communication, and requires completing driver logs and delivery records. Runs are mostly local, with drivers home every night. The position offers a four-day work week, weekly pay, on-the-job training, and provided uniforms. Overtime eligibility varies.
Requirements
- CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- Must have held a CDL for 24 months and used it for 12 months within the last 24 months.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and maneuver equipment with mechanical assistance weighing up to 400 pounds.
- Ability to pull and retract a fill hose up to 100 feet.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
