CDL B Hazmat Driver
About The Position
Deliver bulk CO2 liquid, high-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established local route, primarily serving restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues. The role involves safely loading, transporting, and unloading CO2 and equipment, and communicating with the depot and recording deliveries using a handheld device. The position offers a four-day workweek, mostly local runs with drivers home every night, weekly pay, and on-the-job training with uniforms provided. Overtime is eligible and varies. The schedule is Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- Must have held a CDL for 24 months and used it for 12 months within the last 24 months.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and maneuver equipment with mechanical assistance weighing up to 400 pounds.
- Ability to pull and retract a fill hose up to 100 feet.
- Pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
