About The Position

The CDL B Hazmat Driver delivers bulk liquid CO2, high-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established local route, including restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues. The driver safely loads, transports, and unloads CO2 and equipment; uses a handheld device for routing, delivery information, and depot communication; and completes driver logs and delivery records.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Runs are mostly local, with drivers home every night. The role is overtime eligible, though overtime varies. On-the-job training and uniforms are provided.

Requirements

• CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Must have held a CDL for 24 months and used it for 12 months within the last 24 months.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and maneuver equipment with mechanical assistance weighing up to 400 pounds.
• Ability to pull and retract a fill hose up to 100 feet.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
