About The Position

The Armor Group is looking for a dependable CDL-B Delivery Driver / Material Handler to support our shipping and receiving operations by safely transporting, delivering, picking up, preparing, loading, and handling materials in a warehouse and delivery environment. This role involves driving company delivery vehicles, preparing materials for shipment, receiving and stocking inbound shipments, pulling outbound shipments, loading materials onto trucks, and using company vehicles and forklift equipment. The position also requires professional interaction with internal teams, external customers, and vendors, and supporting additional warehouse, dock, and shipping/receiving tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Valid CDL-B license required; DOT card required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to maintain a safe driving record and follow all safety expectations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with warehouse, plant, shipping, and customer-facing teams.
Good time management skills with the ability to stay organized and meet delivery and shipment needs.
Ability to work in a shipping dock, outdoor, warehouse, and vehicle-based environment.
Comfort performing physical work such as loading materials, securing shipments, pushing or pulling pallet loads, and lifting up to 65 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior delivery, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive company delivery vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck and pickup truck, to transport materials safely and efficiently.
Prepare materials for shipment by crating, wrapping, and banding products securely.
Receive, stock, and organize inbound shipments in the warehouse.
Pull outbound shipments for transport or use in company facilities.
Load materials onto trucks and ensure all loads are safely secured before transport.
Use company vehicles and forklift equipment while following safe work practices.
Interact professionally with internal teams, external customers, and vendors while representing The Armor Group’s core values.
Support additional warehouse, dock, and shipping/receiving tasks as assigned by management.
