About The Position

The CDL B Day Driver delivers bulk CO2 liquid, high-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established local route, including restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues. The role involves safely loading, transporting, and unloading CO2 and equipment, as well as using a handheld device for routing, delivery information, and communication with the depot. Drivers complete driver logs and delivery records.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Runs are mostly local, and drivers are home every night. The employer provides on-the-job training and uniforms. Overtime is eligible and varies.

Requirements

• CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Must have held a CDL for 24 months and used a CDL for 12 months within the last 24 months.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and maneuver equipment with mechanical assistance weighing up to 400 pounds.
• Ability to pull and retract a fill hose up to 100 feet.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
