About The Position

This dedicated Ohio lane is for CDL-A Truck Drivers, including trainees, who want to start earning immediately. The position involves an out-and-back route to Ohio with a dedicated planner and steady freight every week. The role offers approximately 1,800 miles per week and includes cold weather routes, making winter driving experience a plus. A new driver training program is available, lasting 4 to 6 weeks with paid training. Drivers will ride with an experienced trainer first and can go solo as soon as they are ready, with no forced team driving. Drivers are paid from day one of orientation and start earning $0.56 CPM the day they finish training and go solo.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean MVR — no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• No felonies in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Drive a dedicated out-and-back Ohio lane.
• Complete approximately 1,800 miles per week.
• Handle live load/unload, preload, and drop & hook.
• Complete weekend work as required.
• Participate in a 4 to 6-week paid training program if a trainee.
• Ride with an experienced trainer before going solo.
• Maintain a stable work history.
