About The Position

This dedicated Ohio lane is for CDL-A Truck Drivers, including trainees, offering immediate earnings. The position involves an out-and-back route to Ohio with a dedicated planner and consistent freight weekly. The role includes a new driver training program, paid from day one of orientation, with 4 to 6 weeks of paid training alongside an experienced trainer before going solo. Drivers will start earning $0.56 CPM upon completion of training and going solo.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No experience required — trainees accepted
• Minimum 6 months experience also welcome to apply
• Clean MVR — no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• No felonies in the last 5 years
• Stable work history

• Winter driving experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive an out-and-back dedicated Ohio lane.
• Operate with a dedicated planner and steady freight.
• Complete approximately 1,800 miles per week.
• Handle live load/unload, preload, and drop & hook.
• Complete 34-hour restarts.
• Work weekends.
• Participate in cold weather routes.
• Undergo 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with an experienced trainer.
• Go solo as soon as ready, with no forced team driving.
