About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Truck Drivers to join our team. This position offers excellent earning potential with high starting CPMs, big bonuses, and the opportunity to run more miles. We provide comprehensive training, including paid CDL training for those without a license. Drivers can choose lanes that fit their lifestyle, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes. We also offer opportunities for solo OTR drivers and team driving, as well as a Lease Purchase program for those interested in running their own business. Additionally, experienced drivers can become Driver Mentors and earn significant incentives by training new drivers.

Requirements

Must have a CDL A.
No CDL experience needed; training is provided.
Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers).
Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (solo OTR).
Ability to average 5,000 miles per week (team drivers).
Must be willing to participate in the Lease Purchase program.
Must be willing to become a Driver Mentor.
