This role is designed for drivers seeking stable income and dependable home time. The equipment consists of 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators in most units. Maintenance is handled through the company shop network, and assigned equipment is regularly maintained to reduce downtime. Drivers typically stay out for 12 days, followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Preplanned loads ensure steady schedules and reduce downtime. The freight is dry van across multi-state lanes, mostly no-touch loads, with an average haul length of 700–750 miles. There is a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads, with consistent customer freight to maintain steady mileage. Pay includes $1,300–$1,500 weekly depending on miles and experience, detention pay for qualifying delays, and consistent weekly pay. Drivers have the option to take the truck home during resets (when approved) or park at a company location. Paid orientation includes travel, lodging, and meals.
