Drivers in the Indianapolis area looking for steady regional miles and dependable home time should take a look at this position. This account is built around repeat freight lanes and a consistent weekly schedule, allowing drivers to plan ahead and avoid the uncertainty that comes with changing routes every week. Home time is scheduled for a weekly reset, giving drivers regular time off while still keeping miles strong. This position is designed for drivers who want to stay productive on the road while still having regular time at home. Freight includes refrigerated and dry van loads running regional lanes. Most freight is no-touch, helping drivers stay moving and reducing delays. Drop-and-hook loads are common, with some live loads depending on the customer. Loads are planned in advance whenever possible so drivers know what to expect during the week. Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors assigned to the fleet. Trucks include automatic transmissions and updated safety features. Equipment is maintained on a regular schedule to help minimize downtime. Trailers are a mix of dry van and reefer units kept in solid working condition.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.
Recent tractor-trailer experience.
Meet one of the following experience requirements:
3 months in the last 6 months
6 months in the last 12 months
12 months in the last 2 years
18 months in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

Operate newer sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and updated safety features.
Transport refrigerated and dry van loads on regional lanes.
Handle drop-and-hook loads and some live loads.
Ensure equipment is maintained on a regular schedule.
Adhere to planned load schedules.
