About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Truck Drivers for regional routes, with opportunities for recent graduates. This position involves driving dry van trailers with no-touch freight. Drivers will be out for two weeks and home for 2 days, with a shift that includes both day and night driving. Recent graduates will undergo a 4-week training program with a mentor, during which they will travel across all 48 states and sleep in the truck, with no home time. After training, drivers can expect to average around $1,100 per week with a base pay of .45 or .46 CPM, depending on location, with a sliding pay scale based on haul length. Experienced drivers' CPMs will be discussed based on their solo driving experience.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have held a regular US driver’s license for the last 12 consecutive months.
CDL A Recent Graduates (Trainees) must have a valid Class A CDL driver’s license and 120 hours in a CDL School.
Clean criminal background.
No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years.
No 15 mph over speeding tickets in the last 12 months.
Must be able to pass a hair test.
No DUI/DWI.
Military experience with a valid DD214 and completion of a 'Military verification form' will be considered.

Nice To Haves

If the Driver is Experienced CPMs depends on number of months/years driving solo with CDL A (to be discussed)
If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.
