About The Position

We are hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers for stable regional lanes and a solid W2 package. This position offers paid training for entry-level drivers, with a focus on honest tracking of miles and no forced dispatch into New York City. Drivers will operate primarily East of I-35, with a strict policy against driving in New York City or its 5 boroughs. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live loading/unloading. The schedule involves 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL license.
Minimum 21 years of age.
6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited CDL graduate with a minimum 120-hour certificate.
Clean MVR.
Dependable background.
Fully DOT compliant.
Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Drive regional lanes primarily East of I-35.
Adhere to a strict NO New York City or 5 boroughs policy.

Participate in a mix of drop-and-hook (70%) and live freight (30%).
Complete 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home.
Undergo 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one OTR training with a mentor (for CDL school graduates).
Maintain DOT compliance and a clean MVR.
Pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
