About The Position

ECOLAB is hiring a local CDL-A Truck Driver for a dedicated equipment-transport account based in the Joliet, Illinois area. The role transports equipment between customer facilities, primarily using straight trucks with occasional tractor-trailer driving. Routes are local, with drivers home daily, and the schedule uses day-cab equipment.

Pay is $29.00 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. The posting lists average weekly pay of $1,200–$1,600 and an annual pay range of $60,000–$83,000. Bonuses include a $500 new-hire transition bonus paid in full on the second paycheck and a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred. Orientation is paid at $250 per day for two days.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT qualified with a valid medical card.
• Pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.
• Drivers participating in the SAP program are not eligible.

Responsibilities
