About The Position

Grande is hiring CDL Class A drivers to operate dedicated local routes between Grande facilities. Drivers transport finished products, raw materials, and production supplies, with set day-shift work hours and home-daily routes. The position offers starting entry-level pay of $27.80, with higher pay available based on experience, a $2.25 premium for working Saturdays or Sundays, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days, and retention bonuses of $3,000 after six months and $3,000 after twelve months of continuous service. Drivers use a modern, well-maintained fleet of 2021-or-newer Volvo day cabs in a slip-seat arrangement. • Record Trip Sheets.
• Follow all DOT, CSA, company, and safety requirements.
