CDL-A Truck Driver, Home Daily - 1st Shift
About The Position
Grande is hiring CDL Class A Drivers to operate dedicated routes between Grande facilities. Drivers transport finished products, raw materials, and production supplies while following applicable transportation and safety requirements. The role offers set day-shift hours, local routes, and daily home time. Drivers use a modern, well-maintained fleet of 2021-or-newer Volvo day cabs in a slip-seat arrangement, with dedicated docks at each Grande facility. Starting entry-level pay is $27.80, with higher pay available based on experience. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid within the first 30 days of employment, followed by retention bonuses of $3,000 after six months and $3,000 after twelve months of continuous service. A $2.25 weekend shift premium applies when working any Saturday or Sunday. The position includes a full benefits package and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
