About The Position
Well-maintained equipment and reliable freight help drivers stay productive and comfortable on the road. Regional, Super Regional, and OTR opportunities operating modern Kenworth T680 trucks while earning competitive weekly pay and enjoying access to a nationwide terminal network.
Requirements
- CDL A license
- Ability to drive Regional, Super Regional, or OTR routes
- Willingness to undergo a 3-day orientation

- Hazmat endorsement (optional for additional pay)
Responsibilities
- Operate modern Kenworth T680 trucks
- Drive for Regional, Super Regional, or OTR opportunities
- Utilize drop and hook freight, with electric floor jack provided for loads requiring unloading
- Participate in a 3-day orientation
Benefits
- Competitive weekly pay ($1,200-$1,500/week depending on route)
- Home time options: Regional (out 7-9 days, home 1 day/7), Super Regional (out 14 days, home 2 days), OTR (out 3 weeks, home 3 days)

- Trucks serviced every 6 months
- Mostly drop and hook freight (85-90%)
- Electric floor jack provided for unloading
- Access to a nationwide terminal network (30 terminals)
- Gym, truck wash, and laundry facilities at 15 terminals
- United Healthcare after 60 days
- 401K with company match through Fidelity after 90 days
- Detention pay ($16/hr after 2 hrs)
- Layover pay ($125/day after 48 hrs)
- Holiday pay ($60/day)
- Orientation travel covered (rental car or Greyhound, Uber to hotel if needed)
