About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver for our Intermodal Home Daily Fleet. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with year-round work, averaging 10+ hour shifts and 50-55 hours per week. Drivers will primarily handle containers and dry van freight, with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop & hook. You will be home every day, ensuring a great work-life balance. The role is based out of Newport, TN, and requires drivers to live within 20 miles of the location.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Must live within 20 miles of Newport, TN
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
- Transport containers and dry van freight.
- Perform 100% no-touch freight duties.
- Engage in 50% drop and hook operations.
- Adhere to a Monday-Friday schedule with average 10+ hour shifts.
- Maintain a safe driving record to qualify for weekly safety bonuses.
