About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Truck Driver for our Intermodal Home Daily Fleet. This local position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with average 10+ hour shifts, ensuring you are home every day. You will be responsible for transporting containers and dry van freight between the Port of Charleston, Harleyville yard, and various Upstate customers, with occasional runs to Raleigh, NC. This is a 100% no-touch freight position, with approximately 50% drop and hook.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- MUST HAVE TWIC card in hand.
Responsibilities
- Transport containers and dry van freight locally between the Port of Charleston, Harleyville yard, and Upstate customers (Greenville, Anderson, Greer, Duncan).
- Perform occasional runs up to Raleigh, NC.
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight.
