This Class A CDL Truck Driver role gives drivers more flexibility than most regional fleets. Every load is calculated using both CPM and percentage pay, and the higher amount is what goes on your paycheck. Drivers are not locked into one pay structure when freight rates shift. Freight moves throughout Midwest regional routes with consistent planning and dispatch support. The majority of loads are dry van freight with limited customer handling, allowing drivers to focus on miles instead of long unload times. All trucks in this fleet are 2017-2022 models equipped with APUs and inverters. Drivers can select the truck brand they prefer based on comfort and driving style. Orientation is fully paid, including travel, hotel, and meals. Drivers also have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with profit sharing opportunities. If you're a Class A CDL Truck Driver searching for a stable regional position around Akron, OH, this fleet offers straightforward miles, modern equipment, and consistent scheduling.
