About The Position
Join a dedicated Target fleet hauling refrigerated freight from West Jefferson, Ohio, to Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The role involves shuttle runs and store deliveries using preloaded, temperature-controlled trailers. Most stores unload the freight while drivers observe; some city deliveries require the use of liftgates and pallet jacks. The operation runs 24/7, with overnight shifts and days off that vary rather than follow a fixed weekly schedule. Drivers may spend 2–3 days at home weekly. Average earnings are $1,860 per week, with top earnings up to $2,539 per week. Pay includes mileage, stop, and detention pay. Automatic trucks and secure truck parking are available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
