All Experience Levels & Trainees Welcome: Whether you are an experienced veteran or a recent CDL graduate looking for a structured training environment, we have a spot for you. Weekly Earnings: Average gross earnings of $1,100 to $1,200 per week, driven by consistent freight volume. Base Mileage Rate: $0.50 CPM starting immediately after your orientation period, averaging 2,100 to 2,400 miles every single week. Drop & Hook Focus: We maximize Preload and Drop & Hook freight on these dedicated accounts to keep you moving instead of waiting at docks. Paid Orientation: We pay a flat rate of $800.00 during your initial training period so you are compensated from day one. The Route & Schedule Driving Area: Favorable, predictable regional runs through western states. Home Time: Reliable routing that gets you home every 2 to 3 weeks to recharge. Run Times: Continuous network operations requiring both day and night driving shifts. Standard weekend and holiday dispatch rotations apply. Extra Stop Pay: Every extra stop you make pays an additional $15.00 (excluding your very first and very last drop).
