About The Position

CDL A Regional Driver | $1,400–$1,600 Weekly | Home Every Other Weekend | Shreveport, LA (71101) Drivers in this position run nationwide dry van freight with no-touch loads and a schedule that repeats from one cycle to the next. This role is built for drivers who want reliable miles and a home time plan they can count on instead of adjusting to last-minute changes or inconsistent dispatch. This fleet operates on a 12-day run followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Routes are planned in advance to keep transitions between loads smooth and reduce downtime between trips. Drivers stay on a repeatable schedule that makes it easier to plan time at home. Freight moves throughout the lower 48 states with average haul lengths of 700–750 miles. A large portion of loads run drop-and-hook, with some live unload depending on the customer. This setup helps keep trucks moving while limiting time spent waiting at shipping and receiving locations. Drivers operate Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and Volvo tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, power inverters, refrigerator space, and mounts for TV and microwave. Equipment is maintained on a consistent service schedule to help prevent breakdowns and keep drivers moving. Weekly earnings are based on miles and experience, with reliable freight helping maintain consistent income. Additional pay is available for qualifying detention time. After 6 months, drivers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Drivers may take trucks home during resets when safe parking is available, or park at approved locations. Support staff is available to assist with routing, maintenance coordination, and load planning throughout each trip.
