About The Position

This is a straightforward CDL-A dry van seat with real pay, real equipment, and real benefits, open to new CDL holders and experienced drivers alike. The position involves safely operating a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes, performing inspections, maintaining logs, communicating with dispatch, and securing freight. Drivers will be assigned late-model automatic transmission trucks with APU-equipped dry van trailers, and will not have to slip seat. Pet and passenger rider programs are allowed from day one. For new drivers, there is 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one OTR training with a mentor, guaranteed weekly training pay, and an immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate after training. The only requirement to start for new drivers is a 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
21 years or older
New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
Clean MVR and background check
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
Must pass hair and urine drug testing
