About The Position

This dedicated regional opening is designed for commercial drivers who want consistent lane mileage and straightforward weekly pay without team requirements. The position focuses on predictable western routes with clear financial structures and upfront training compensation. The role involves continuous operation requiring both day and night driving rotations, with weekend and holiday dispatches being part of the regular schedule. The service area covers reliable regional routes across western states, and drivers can expect home time every 2 to 3 weeks. Freight handling includes dedicated accounts utilizing Preload, Drop & Hook, Live Load, and Live Unload.

Requirements

• Current and valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of experience (Trainees and First Seat drivers also considered).
• Must live within the designated radius of the regional network hub.
• No hazmat, tanker, or doubles endorsements needed to start.

• Owner-Operators are eligible to place trucks on this run.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes across western states.
• Handle freight using Preload, Drop & Hook, Live Load, and Live Unload.
• Operate continuously, requiring both day and night driving.
• Be available for weekend and holiday dispatches.
• Ensure timely home time every 2 to 3 weeks.

Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 to $1,200 per week base range.
• Mileage guarantee: $0.50 CPM locked in for the first 6 months.
• Target volume: 2,100 to 2,400 miles on average each week.
• Orientation pay: $800.00 flat rate during initial training.
• Extra stops: $15.00 for every stop (excluding first and last).
• Bonus program: Regular safety and driver performance incentive evaluations.
• Short haul work: Unload and short run pay scaled to standard company rates.
