About The Position

This position is for recent CDL school graduates looking for a structured and supportive training program to start their trucking career. The program offers guaranteed weekly pay during training, 1-on-1 mentorship with experienced trainers, and a fast track to full solo pay rates. The company operates exclusively East of I-35, avoids New York City, and hauls 100% no-touch dry van freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook. Drivers will be assigned their own newer model truck and have the option for take-home availability. Predictable home time is offered with a schedule of 12 days on and 2 days at home. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license.
Minimum age of 21.
Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved/accredited CDL school.
Stable work history.
Clean driving record.
Clean background record.
Active DOT Medical Card.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Complete 4-6 weeks of OTR experience alongside a dedicated trainer.
Transition to solo dispatch after training.
Operate a 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth automatic truck equipped with an APU.
Adhere to a schedule of 12 days on assignment and 2 days at home.
Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
Handle 70% drop-and-hook and 30% live load/unload operations.
Maintain a clean driving and background record.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain an active DOT Medical Card.
