About The Position

Hiring five CDL-A driver teams for a dedicated convenience store account operating from Otsego, Minnesota. The terminal operates teams only; established teams may apply, or a partner can be found for you. The position offers a dependable schedule, frequent home time, and benefits beginning on the first day. Drivers make three trips per week, each approximately 24 hours, and return home after every trip. Dispatch is in the early evening between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Routes are local and regional, with overnight deliveries. This is a touch-freight team-driving position using Freightliner Cascadia trucks governed at 65 MPH. Drivers earn approximately $88,000–$97,000 annually, with top drivers earning $100,000 or more. Compensation combines hourly work, miles, stops, and cases.

Requirements

At least one year or a minimum of 50,000 miles driving a tractor-trailer.
Valid Class A CDL.
Willingness and ability to operate as part of a driving team.
Comfort with overnight deliveries.
Ability to perform touch-freight deliveries.
Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work a consistent schedule.
