About The Position

We are hiring drivers for a south-west Regional driving position, operating within the 5 states of CA, UT, AZ, NV & NM. This role offers competitive weekly pay, with drivers averaging $1,139 to $1,600 per week for over 2,200 miles driven. The position involves no-touch dry van freight and drop & hook loads. Drivers can expect to be home weekly. Additional compensation includes a quarterly safety bonus ($0.01–$0.03 CPM), detention pay ($20/hr), and breakdown pay. The company provides paid orientation & training, annual pay increases, and an assigned driver manager. Vehicles are late-model Kenworth, Freightliner & International Trucks.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 6+ Months Tractor-Trailer Experience
• Age 21+

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle within the Southwest region (CA, UT, AZ, NV & NM).
• Transport no-touch dry van freight.
• Handle drop and hook loads.
• Maintain a minimum of 2,200 miles per week.
• Adhere to safety protocols to be eligible for quarterly safety bonuses.
