CDL-A Regional Driver –Home Weekly
About The Position
This is a regional driving position with a dedicated network across CA, NV, and AZ, offering consistent freight and weekly home time. Drivers can expect to average 1,700 to 2,200 miles per week, with a goal of 3 turns and 6 loads per week. The position is suitable for recent graduates and trainees, with paid on-the-job training available. The average weekly gross earnings range from $1,200 to $1,500, with a starting mileage rate of $0.55 CPM, increasing up to $0.61 CPM by month 6. A monthly bonus of up to an additional $0.06 CPM based on miles is also offered. Drivers are home one day per week, typically Sundays, with the option to continue running on Sundays to increase earnings.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A required before start.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Solid employment history with no major gaps.
- Must pass a strict drug screen (urine and hair follicle tests).
- 6 months of experience or recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum).
- Clean MVR.
