Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A regional drivers looking for dependable miles, organized dispatch planning, and straightforward home time. This position is designed for drivers who want consistent freight flow without unnecessary dispatch changes or unpredictable routing. Drivers average 2,500-2,600 miles per week running mostly drop and hook freight designed to keep you moving efficiently. Home time is simple and clearly scheduled - you'll typically be out 7-9 days, and your full 24+ hour reset starts the day after you arrive home, not when you park the truck. Drivers appreciate the combination of predictable scheduling, consistent freight movement, and practical regional routes that keep operations running smoothly. You'll operate late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped with Smart Idle systems, bunk heaters, double bunks, 1500-watt inverters, and brand-new mattresses for added comfort on the road. Need to reset somewhere besides home? Drivers can take home time anywhere along their route. With access to more than 30 terminals, you'll have nearby options for showers, laundry facilities, and fitness areas while out on the road.

Requirements

  • Experienced CDL-A drivers.
  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Ability to drive 2,500-2,600 miles per week.
  • Comfortable operating Kenworth T680 automatic equipment.
  • Ability to take home time anywhere along the route.
  • No NYC or New Jersey freight routes.
