About The Position

Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for practical regional scheduling with consistent Monday through Friday freight flow and weekend home time. This role offers regional, no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook, ensuring drivers stay productive without excessive road time. Drivers will be assigned their own late-model Freightliner Cascadia equipment.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience
Professional CDL-A drivers who understand the work and want to drive for a carrier that operates with integrity

Experience with regional lanes covering the Northeast and portions of the Midwest.

Responsibilities

Operate a CDL-A truck for regional routes.
Handle no-touch freight, with approximately 50% drop and hook.
Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with weekend home time.
Focus on driving and trip flow, staying productive with runs averaging around 250 miles.
Utilize assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipment, which is maintained on schedule and spec'd for long-haul comfort.
