CDL-A Southeast Regional Driver
About The Position
American Trucking Group is seeking professional CDL-A drivers looking for dependable freight, modern equipment, and flexible scheduling options. This regional position offers premium no-touch freight with established lane coverage, typically involving 5-7 days on the road with weekly home time (34-48 hours at home). Drivers haul dry van freight with 85% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch loads. The fleet includes modern equipment such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with features like 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle technology. Assigned trucks can be taken home if secure parking is available. Drivers can expect to earn between $1,300 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit, with additional compensation opportunities including layover pay, multi-stop pay, annual safety bonuses, and load bonuses. Support services include toll cards, EZ Pass, fuel cards, and 24-hour dispatch. A rider program is available after 30 days.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Professional driving experience.
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely.
- Availability for regional routes (5-7 days on the road).
- Ability to return home weekly.
- Secure parking available for take-home truck option.
- Must be considered for the rider program after 30 days.
