About The Position

This regional driving position is for CDL-A truck drivers in the Tampa, FL area. Drivers will benefit from a steady freight network and operational reliability, offering consistent mileage opportunities and a defined home-time schedule. The role involves moving dry van freight across established multi-state regional lanes, with average trips of 700-750 miles. The freight is no-touch, and the majority of loads are drop-and-hook, though some customer locations may require live unloading (drivers are not responsible for unloading). Freight assignments are coordinated for steady movement. Drivers operate on a 12-day cycle followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Assigned tractors, which are 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth models with automatic transmissions, can be taken home during scheduled resets if safe truck parking is available.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
Acceptable driving and safety record
Ability to meet DOT qualification and company safety requirements
