About The Position

Sysco is hiring dependable CDL A Shuttle Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and transport doubles, and potentially triples, between a Sysco facility and shuttle yards. Drivers may also be required, as needed, to unload and deliver products to customer locations according to an assigned route schedule. Drivers are home daily.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass employment testing.
• Be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver license and have a driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• Be able to handle touch freight, including lifting, pushing, or moving products averaging 40–60 pounds and occasionally weighing up to 100 pounds.
