About The Position

Sysco is hiring dependable CDL A Shuttle Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and transport doubles, and potentially triples, between a Sysco facility and shuttle yards. Other duties may be assigned. As needed, drivers may also unload and deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Most drivers are home daily.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to perform touch-freight work, including lifting, pushing, or moving products averaging 40–60 pounds and occasionally weighing as much as 100 pounds.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
