Sign-On Reward: $4,000 total bonus, beginning with an immediate $500 payout on your first dispatch. Hourly Protection: Get paid $12.50/hour for detention after the first 2 hours, plus extra stop and regional cluster pay. Schedule & Quality of Life: Predictable Weekends: Enjoy your home time every single weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for a complete 34-hour reset. Comfortable Driving Area: Run regional lanes from Virginia up to Maine and west to Eastern Ohio. Absolutely no NYC driving is forced upon you. Zero Driver Loading: Keep your energy for the road—our dry van operations are 100% no-touch. Miles: Average a highly manageable 1,700 miles per week.
