About The Position

Regional dry van freight with established lane coverage. This position offers a consistent schedule with drivers typically spending 5-7 days on the road and returning home weekly with 34-48 hours at home. The freight is 85% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch dry van. Drivers are assigned modern trucks with take-home options and benefit from flexible scheduling and driver-focused support.

Requirements

• CDL-A
• Regional dry van freight experience.
• Ability to drive trucks with 10-speed manual transmissions.
• Secure parking available for take-home truck option.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, or Kenworth trucks.
• Familiarity with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-idle technology.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight through established regional lanes.
• Operate assigned trucks, which are modern and equipped with comfort features.
• Maintain steady miles with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads.
• Adhere to weekly home time schedules, typically returning home with 34-48 hours off.
• Utilize provided toll cards and EZ Pass.
• Communicate with 24-hour dispatch support.
• Participate in the rider program after 30 days.
