About The Position

Drive dedicated retail freight for Dollar Tree, departing from West Memphis, Arkansas, and delivering to locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week and three loads per week, with three stops per load. The role includes unloading full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates. Compensation includes mileage pay and stop pay, with average weekly pay of $1,650 and top weekly pay of $1,800; average annual pay is $83,200 and top annualized pay is $93,600. The schedule includes regional routes with a weekly 34-hour reset, and drivers are home weekly. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered. Drivers use automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers. The truck must be parked at home or in a secure location.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
Must not be a SAP driver.
Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
A suitable place to park the truck at home or another secure location.
