Professional Tier (Experienced Drivers) Income Range: Average weekly gross of $1,300 – $1,500. Top Performance: High-tier earners reach up to $1,700 per week. Production Incentives: Earn up to an additional $0.08 CPM in performance bonuses. Schedule: Reliable bi-weekly home time for a balanced life on the road. Freight: 100% no-touch dry van loads on steady regional circuits. Career Entry (Paid Mentorship Program) The Blueprint: 4 to 6 weeks of comprehensive on-road instruction with a certified mentor. Full Compensation: Receive full weekly pay throughout the entire training duration. Start-Up Bonus: $300 orientation incentive applied to your first solo settlement. Technical Focus: Hands-on training covering trip planning, Western terrain navigation, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL is mandatory.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Either 6+ months of verifiable OTR experience or 120+ hours from an accredited CDL institution.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR/PSP background evaluation.
- A stable employment background with minimal gaps.
