Route details and operations
Operating area: Lanes run regularly through FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN. Cargo type: Regional dry van freight with 100% no-touch loading. Home time: Get home every two weeks for a complete schedule reset. Post-training: Enjoy consistent miles and reliable routing once you transition to solo.

Mentorship phase: Individual on-the-road training lasts between 4 and 6 weeks.

Compensation and carrier benefits
Solo driver pay: Weekly earnings range from $1,250 to $1,550. High-earner potential: Top-performing drivers make $1,700+ weekly. Training pay: Guaranteed weekly salary during all mentorship weeks.

Requirements

• Hold a valid CDL-A.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of completion from a certified school with at least 120 hours.
• Pass a standard DOT physical.
• Pass all required background screenings.
• Have no SAP program history.
• Have no recent DUI violations.
