About The Position
CDL-A truck drivers will run temperature-controlled reefer freight with dispatch coordination focused on steady freight movement, efficient routing, and weekly home time. Drivers will operate new Peterbilt 579 trucks and can expect to earn between $1,450 to $1,550 per week. This role offers steady work with a mix of routes and delivery conditions, and a predictable schedule with home time every week. Established reefer lanes help support steady freight movement and practical weekly scheduling.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proficient in operating a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.
Responsibilities
- Run temperature-controlled reefer freight, keeping goods moving safely and on schedule.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers.
- Maintain professional communication with shippers and receivers.
- Handle temperature-controlled freight, including proper temperature management and on-time delivery expectations.
