About The Position
Dedicated retail freight supported by established customer routes helps create a well-organized workweek for CDL-A drivers. This position offers weekly home time, dependable freight, strong weekly earnings, and a dedicated operation built around consistent customer deliveries. Drivers haul retail store goods in a 53-foot dry van trailer throughout the Southeast region. This dedicated account provides established customer freight, familiar delivery patterns, and a structured operating schedule. Drivers operate late-model Kenworth tractors, with some Freightliner and International equipment throughout the fleet. The average tractor age is approximately 2.8 years, helping provide a comfortable and reliable driving experience.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Current DOT medical card
- Minimum 12 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Responsibilities
- Haul retail store goods in a 53-foot dry van trailer throughout the Southeast region.
- Operate late-model Kenworth tractors, with some Freightliner and International equipment.
- Maintain required logs.
- Handle receipts, read maps, and interpret road signs.
