About The Position

HWY Express is hiring a regional CDL-A driver to haul no-touch dry van freight across established regional corridors. The role offers recurring freight, coordinated dispatch and route planning, and drop-and-hook opportunities. Drivers are home every 7–10 days for a 34–48 hour reset and earn $1,450 to $1,625 per week, with competitive CPM pay and a monthly performance bonus.

Drivers operate late-model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks from 2021 or newer, equipped with refrigerators, inverters, and automatic transmissions. Trucks are assigned based on availability and maintenance cycles. Paid onboarding is provided, with travel support and lodging and transportation assistance available when needed for orientation and road test completion.

Eligible drivers can access medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company participation, paid vacation, and standard leave benefits based on tenure.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of recent experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes hauling no-touch dry van freight.
• Operate assigned Freightliner or Kenworth equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch and follow planned routes and assignments.
• Complete orientation and road test requirements as applicable.
